Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the website https://satyapradippatrika.in (the “Service”) operated by Satyapradip Patrika, a unit of BSDC (“us,” “we,” “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, writers, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, including submitting your literary works, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

A. Your Submission:
By submitting your original poetry,stories, articles, or other literary works (“Submission”) to Satyapradip Patrika, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

· Publish, display, and distribute your Submission on our website and affiliated online platforms.
· Publish your Submission in our annual printed magazine and any related promotional materials.
· Use your name and photograph (if provided) in connection with the publication.

You retain all copyright ownership of your original work.

B. Our Content:
All content on the Service,including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and the compilation of the annual magazine, is the property of Satyapradip Patrika/BSDC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reuse, republish, or redistribute such content without our express written permission.

  1. Writer Eligibility and Submission Guidelines

· You must be at least 16 years old to submit your work, or have parental/guardian consent.
· You affirm that any Submission is your original creation and does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
· Submissions must not contain content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, or promotes violence or illegal activities.
· We reserve the right to reject or remove any Submission that we deem, in our sole discretion, to violate these guidelines.

  1. Publication Process

· Submission of work does not guarantee publication.
· The editorial board of Satyapradip Patrika has the sole discretion to select works for online and print publication.
· We reserve the right to edit submissions for grammatical errors, clarity, or length while striving to maintain the writer’s original voice and intent. Significant changes will be communicated to the writer when possible.
· The decision of the editorial board regarding selection and editing is final.

  1. No Fees for Publication

Satyapradip Patrika provides a platform for publication free of charge. We do not charge writers for submitting, reviewing, or publishing their works online or in the annual magazine. Writers whose works are selected for the annual magazine will receive a complimentary copy as per our policy.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Satyapradip Patrika makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, and materials included thereon.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Satyapradip Patrika, its unit BSDC, and its members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

· Your use or inability to use the Service.
· The publication or non-publication of your Submissions.
· Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
